Cancellation Policy
What if the Party Gets Cancelled?
Your safety and enjoyment are our first concern, so we reserve the right to delay your evening out up to 1 hours. If we cancel your evening entertainment package due to severe weather or other unsafe conditions, you will get a full refund.
What If I Change My Mind?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your evening out you must notify us 72 hours prior to scheduled departure date and time, and your deposit will be refunded in the form of a South Beach Party Boats gift certificate. If you forget, miss the party bus or limo, or decide within 24 hours of your trip that an awesome VIP night out is not for you, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund. We can however still reschedule your party to a different night.
